eMusic Ltd (Hong Kong), hereafter simply referred to as eMusic Ltd, the publisher of Yomp, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all individuals who use the app.

We want you have the best possible experience using it and at the same time rest assured that no information will ever be taken or used without your permission.

At this stage, not a single bit of personal information about you is used by us for commercial purposes, nor shared with any third party. Nor do we store any data which can identify any users.
Users of the free version of the app are not required to provide any personal details.

The payment details of those who subscribe to the premium version of the app are not held by eMusic Ltd – they are only held by Google, if you obtained the app from the Android Play Store, or by Apple, if you obtained the app through the iOS App Store.

There are two occasions when extra features of Yomp will require users to voluntarily reveal personal details.

Firstly, when a user sends feedback inside the app and supplies an email address.

Secondly, when a user shares their workouts to Facebook.
eMusic Ltd does not use this information for any purpose. Nor does eMusic Ltd have any plans to use this information for any purpose whatsoever in the future. If this situation should change at any time, users will be notified that changes have been made to the Terms and Conditions, and to this Privacy Policy, and will be invited to either continue using the app or to stop using it.

There are other occasions where users might reveal personal details and preferences.

When users complete the profile section inside the app they may supply information about their favorite artists and genres. They might also reveal their gender, age and choice of whether to include or exclude songs with adult lyrics. Users are also invited to save their favorite playlists for future use.

This information is stored on our servers but none of it can be used to uniquely identify any users.

Agreement: By using Yomp, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you are in any way dissatisfied with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Yomp.

Choice of Law: This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong.

Choice of Forum: Any litigation, arbitration or dispute shall be conducted exclusively in Hong Kong.

You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You hereby waive the defense of lack of jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
